All bodies, backgrounds, and experience levels are welcome here. We offer a variety of options, use of props, and personalized support to meet your needs. If you have limitations or injuries, please let your instructor know before class.

Yoga Etiquette

Please silence your phone and minimize distractions for yourself and others, including pets and children.

Stay on mute during class except at the beginning or end where we encourage community and connection.

If you join late, quietly begin your practice with the group.

If you need to leave early, feel free to depart quietly and respectfully.
Preparing for Class

We recommend having the following items ready for your practice:

Yoga mat

Practice on an empty stomach; allow 1–2 hours after eating.

Set up your space with intention—create a calm, comfortable environment.

Notify your instructor of any injuries, limitations, or accommodations needed before class begins.
Setting Up Your Online Space

Lay your mat lengthwise about 8 feet from your camera.

Align the mat with the bottom of your screen.
-
Stand on your mat and check that you're visible from head to toe.
This helps your instructor offer movement and form adjustments to support your practice.
Tech Tips for Online Classes
To get the most from your online experience:

Log in a few minutes early to settle in.

Check your audio/video settings.
Refund & Rescheduling Policy
Refunds are not provided. However, if you cancel class, you will receive credit to reschedule at your convenience. Please cancel as far in advance as possible to allow someone else to fill the spot
What to Expect Emotionally
Yoga is more than physical movement—it can stir emotions and awaken inner awareness. This is a natural part of the healing process. Approach your practice with compassion, curiosity, and acceptance. You're not alone on this journey
Journaling & Reflection
We encourage you to keep a yoga journal or take a few moments after class to reflect. Writing down your thoughts, sensations, or intentions can deepen your practice and support your growth.
